Waddle Waddle!

So Amelia figured it out. Put on a costume, say "trick or treat", get some candy! She LOVED it!! She had three separate occasions this past week to wear her costume that Melissa bought her and so it was well worth it. The first event was the annual Halloween parade at Eastwood Elementary for my niece Ashley. It's still so strange to go there because that is where I went as a little kid. We did the math...between me going there and now going for all of my nieces and nephews, I've attended 20 Halloween parades! Wow. We also went to Savannah and Sydney's parade, but it was outside and first thing in the morning, so it was a little too cold for her costume. But she loved watching all the kids go by even though it took her a minute to figure out what was going on! Amelia's Kindermusik also put on a big parade and party and she was in heaven. We stopped by Mark's work on Halloween and he even pulled the Judge out of the courtroom to come see her little waddle. It was hilarious. Then of course, our tradition of having sloppy joes and a big party with my family that Ally has graciously continued since my Grandparents passed away - it used to be at their house. Amelia went around with her little cousins and had a ball. It was so fun to see the excitement on her cute little face! Forget the candy, I wanted to eat her up all night!!

The picture of her in front of the kindermusik sign is so cute. She has SO much personality in that little 20 month old body. Happy Halloween from Honduras! We miss you guys!
